Please use a gentle cleanser for washing your face that evening, using minimal pressure. You can resume your normal skincare routine the day after treatment. We advise waiting 24 hours to exercise and one week for facials, massages and waxing. You do not need to ice the area or treat it in any way. If you experience any headache, you can take Tylenol.
If you received a dermal filler injectable treatment, we’ll send you home with a refreezable ice pack and anti bruising Arnica tablets. Be sure to ice the area after treatment and continue icing on and off for several minutes at a time applying minimal pressure. Icing will help reduce swelling and any potential bruising. The arnica we provide will help prevent bruising. Please use a gentle cleanser for washing your face that evening, using minimal pressure.
