We understand that life happens and schedules can change! We aim to provide you with an exceptional experience while respecting the time and care our entire team dedicates to preparing for your visit. To achieve this, we have established the following cancellation policy.

When booking your appointment, we will request a $150 deposit that we will credit towards your treatment.  

We kindly ask that you make any cancellations or rescheduling requests 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future appointment.

If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the booked services, according to the following fee schedule:
Neuromodulator: $250
Dermal Filler: $500
Sculptra: $450
Neuromodulator & Dermal Filler: $750
Vi Peel: $187.50
Microneedling: $250
Microneedling with PRP: $375
