We understand that life happens and schedules can change! We aim to provide you with an exceptional experience while respecting the time and care our entire team dedicates to preparing for your visit. To achieve this, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policy.

Appointment Deposit

When booking your appointment, we will request a $150 deposit, which will be credited toward your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you make any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future appointment.

If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, your $150 deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

A first same-day cancellation or no-show will incur a charge of 50% of the booked services, according to the following fee schedule:

Neuromodulator: $275
Dermal Filler: $500 per syringe
Sculptra: $450 per vial
Neuromodulator & Dermal Filler: Starting at $750
EZ Gel: $500
VI Peel: $187.50
Microneedling: $250
Microneedling with PRP: $375
A second or subsequent same-day cancellation or no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booked services.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment depending on the treatment and provider availability.

If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to your late arrival, your $150 appointment deposit may be forfeited.
